@bellapanuju....ya gpp sih mbak, surplus sesekali gk akan merusak diet yg udah kita jalani kan, rata'akumulasi buat pergerakan surplus maupun defisit kalori kan Mingguan bahkan bulanan ,so enjoy aja 💪🤤😁.
