Happy Holidays to you all. With all the treats everywhere it's hard to stay on a food plan, but still possible. I usually eat before going to a gathering, thus, not being tempted and/or keeping my portions small while still being polite to the hostess. Another thing I do is to look at a before weight loss picture just prior to leaving for the function. That alone shocks me into being wise with my food choices! Good luck to all and Merry Christmas!
