Not very happy with my diet calendar today. I didn't have breakfast (which I hate) b/c I had no yogurt to eat with my oatmeal and I can't eat it w/out it and I had already planned to eat the egg salad sandwich, so I decided to go get yogurt, but by the time I got ready and left and got home again, it was time for lunch. And now, I'm caving and having a burger for dinner, which wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have the bread at lunch, but I'm going to have an english muffin instead of the usual deli kaiser. Not sure how I'll weigh in tomorrow, but I'm not looking forward to it. I haven't excercised since a few days before the surgery (one week ago today) so I'm pretty sure I'll be up, but I'll try not to let it get me down. Hopefully I can get back to doing the shred asap.
