Dietnya ngurangin porsi makan aja yaa, tetep makan nasi 4-5 sendok, pakai protein ayam / telur / tahu tempe , sama sayurrr
Jangan diet2 yg ekstrim dulu krn organ2 nga masih berkembang yaa takutnya nanti jadi gak lancar haid, rambut rontok sama mengganggu konsentrasi belajar
Btw semangat diet 👍
