Managing to keep to a carefully planned calorie intake resulting in steady weight loss. Allowing myself to be more flexible weekends and this is helping me to embrace this again. As I’m feeling so much better after COVID, I feel ready to reintroduce weekly HIT and boxing with my PT after a gap of just over one month.
