I'm nearing the end of my 3rd week and I'm doing well. Maybe not losing as fast as I thought I would but I'm not going to complain since I know I have been pretty much true to the plan and I know the plan works. Instead I've decided to add a little more fun exercise to the dreadmill, dancing. I had taken ballroom dancing when I was younger so I'm dusting off the shoes and starting that next week. Kinda excited about it and my wife is thrilled as well.
on a side note, is this nonsense getting out of control? This Sensa stuff, http://start.trysensa.com/dms2266/ you supposidly sprinkle this fairy dust on your food and you inhale it while your eating and it takes away your appetite, really? There is even a picture of a guy sprinkling it on a donut. So you think that is really going to stop him in time before he finishes that donut? You go Homer....
