BAD day at work today. Angel insisted that if I felt bad, then I should do cardio. That's her answer for everything. Bad day at work? Cardio! Relationship problems? Cardio! Feeling nauseated? Cardio! Want to beat the crap out of Angel? Cardio!

But she was right about me feeling better after I ran 40 minutes on the treadmill. I even did weights until she had to pry them from me. My biceps were sore.

"You're getting results! You're getting your money's worth!" Angel kept saying when we had to do crunches and suitcases and the six inches and the hell marys. (HELL marys ... hah!) But I was glad I went to training tonight. If I hadn't, I would have just been sulking at home, worrying about stuff. No, thanks. I'd rather do cardio.

I hope tomorrow's much, much better!
