I lost another three pounds!!! I don't know how because I was an oinker on Saturday -- I started my morning eating a slice of Sam's Club three-meat pizza, all in preparation for that rigorous workout by Angel. I had to also get my hair done later that day, and seeing as how the hair salon is situated almost right next door to Baskin Robbins, there was no way I could pass up the opportunity to get a scoop of ice cream. And yet there I was this morning, trying to slap myself as I stepped on the school scale... finally broke through the 200s. I felt like doing a catwalk somewhere in the school, but that would have scared the kids that were already in school.

My triceps are SCREEEEEAAAAAMMMMMMING!!!! Ugh. But I will never tell Angel because that makes her smile. Didn't you know, Big Poppa gets off on torturing people? Everytime I move my arm, it aches like I lifted Godzilla for a day or two... okay, maybe even three. Ouch!
That's what she wanted to hear Sunday when she texted, "HOW YOU FEEL?" Uh-huh. I told her -- quite nonchalantly: I FEEL GOOD.
It was a LIE! But there is NO WAYYYYY I'm going to admit that to her. I'd rather tell her I was getting dipped cones at Dairy Queen to incur her wrath, than to let her know she made me sore. HAH!
