I went to Happy Hour yesterday, it was my first since starting the diet, I have been avoiding them until now. I did good I think. I managed to stay below my 20 net carbs, barely. Even though the choice I made from the menu looked good in writing, things showed up lightly breaded, with a sweet dipping sauce, or with Pita chips. But with a little bit of scraping, hot sauce in lieu if sweet, and a quick Pita toss I did alright. I did have one glass of wine, but I think that is suppose to be OK after two weeks even though I am still trying to maintain my Induction Net Carb intake to below 20.

We shall see how I do today, another dinner out but at a place with a lot better choices.
