Have forgotten to input excercise over the last few days. Did level 3 of the Shred on Sat. morning. Did 25 min walk (3kms) Monday and yesterday. Dug a vegetable garden on Monday when I got home. Pulling that grass out has taken a toll on my hamstrings (but I'm hoping the pain means fat burning!!!) so I'm going to take it easy today. I may go for a walk later, otherwise, will do something tomorrow.
