I'm looking at my percentages, and I think I need to cut out more fat from my diet. I read on the internet that the best proportion of carbs, protein and fat is 50 percent carbs, 30 percent fat, and 20 percent protein. I'm trying to eat better, but I sure could use less fat in my diet.
Weigh-in tomorrow. I hope I lost a pound or more, but I know I'm really asking too much of my body already. Despite everything I eat in a day, I am still usually below my RDI. Then I turn around and go to the gym after work, or train with Angel. That's strict.

Hah! Of course there's more in there. I ate her, and she's struggling to get out LOL And she's gonna push me even harder? Does she know my medical insurance sucks? LOL
