Broke my rule yesterday of eating my last meal of the day by 5:00, plus it was a big, juicy hot dog with kraut. In the last year and 1/2 I have come to fully understand and appreciate the rules of engagement in this quest to remain thin. There are foods and times of the day I can not eat and not gain weight. For me, the center of weight control is between my ears and if that is screwed up my body responds in a not so positive direction. Today is another chance to get it right...stay true all!
