Was able to work that bowl of grits off with a full day of yard work. Going for pizza lunch, but will only have 1 slice and mostly salad. That 1 slice will add 1/2 lb. on scales tomorrow. My goal weight was 145 when I started, but now at 131 I have some extra room for ups and downs. Stay true all and have a wonderful day!
