This week's Biggest Loser 2 weigh-in might not be good for me, although I've done well so far. I'm on my monthly. Needless to say, I feel bloated, and I'm dreading Thursday. Ugh.

Angel texted us asking how we feel today. That's always a bit tricky because if you tell her you're not feeling well, she'll say, "So? And?" (something to that effect LOL) or "There's a Walgreens where you can buy Biofreeze." If you tell her you're feeling fabulous, that's even worse. She'll think she didn't work you hard enough the night before.

Last night, I was running on the treadmill between 4.0 and 6.0 for 30 minutes. It was OK, but from time to time I had a slight twinge in my left knee. I just don't tell her because I like the running part of my workouts. I get to watch TV, and all I have to do is move and sweat, and life is good. It's the weights that annoy me.

All of us are experiencing weight loss. Dajuana has been shrinking like crazy. I don't know what she eats, but everyday I see her, she seems smaller and smaller. Alva's another. Angel's now starting to demand more from her, so she made me her partner. Last night, Alva was jogging on the treadmill -- no more walking. I think she lost at least 20 pounds since she joined Angel's bootcamp and studio. And Ericka? Well, she claims she's only lost 40 pounds, but I think she's being modest. I think she looks like she's lost about 60.

We all lost weight, but size-wise, I think we look like we lost more than we did because we're doing weight training too.

So, how do I feel today? I feel GREAT! I feel EMPOWERED! I feel bloated, but SO WHAT! LOL At least I feel ALIVE. :)
