Any recommendations ?? Okay, So I have been on this diet for almost two weeks now. I feel I am progressing okay. I dont know if its too noticeable that Im not on the real weight watchers diet, due to the fact that my diet calander does not collaborate too well with everyone elses. I just dont have the money to go for the meetings and stuff. So, if anyone on weight watchers has any ideas for me as far as other levels of nutritional facts that I should be paying attention to, it would be great! I am allowed 31 points a day.. and have been keeping my points below except for like 3 days. I was also told you get either a half a day or a whole days points for when you want to go out to eat or something once a week. I dont which it is, however, I havent been calculating those. So.. any advice would be great!!

I couldn't afford the actual weight watchers either, but my friend was on it and just started up again so he sent me a bunch of links to sights that help you get the points for different foods and stuff. I haven't been on it for quite two weeks yet, but I've lost 3lbs. I'm not sure how the eating out works, but I look up the points for all the foods I eat when I go out. I LOVE Subway, and know all the points for the food I get there. I went out for sushi with my family on Sunday and loved it because sushi has hardly any points in it at all. This site is great because it gives the points for sooooo many foods so you can still count points when you go out.
