Fresh start! I am giving this year to my self. A year to get healthy. A year to start doing again all the things I used to love and perhaps even try a few new ones. I'd love to try paraskiing but I am too heavy to support my own weight now. That has to change. I want to get back to yoga. I want to swim with my kids. I want to enjoy bathing suit shopping :) I want to take my little guy skiing. I don't want to spend my life watching from the side lines anymore! This is my promise to me.
Starting with new foods is exciting - so far I like the foods I have tried. There are so many new things to try too!
It's going to be a great year :)
