think I somehow ended up with two accounts on here - one from work and one from home - not quite sure how I managed that :(
Off from work for a few weeks - have been sick all winter long since nov 28 - virus, bronchitis, pneumonia, broken rib, migraines - the list goes on, my energy is sapped!!! I went in for tests yesterday full blood panel and and ECG freaky!
trying to take this time to take care of me - get better - focus on me!

went on a great hike today! 2 hours at 99 steps - second time in two weeks - not as hard this time as it was last time. But I still feel like I need to flip the switch and seem to be having a really difficult time doing that. In the mean time I feel crappy - I am embarrassed about how I look - I miss shopping for nice clothes - sick of wearing the black bag. Off to make some strawberry ice cream now (frozen strawberries and the juice of one onrage - delicious just the same!)

Fresh start! I am giving this year to my self. A year to get healthy. A year to start doing again all the things I used to love and perhaps even try a few new ones. I'd love to try paraskiing but I am too heavy to support my own weight now. That has to change. I want to get back to yoga. I want to swim with my kids. I want to enjoy bathing suit shopping :) I want to take my little guy skiing. I don't want to spend my life watching from the side lines anymore! This is my promise to me.
Starting with new foods is exciting - so far I like the foods I have tried. There are so many new things to try too!
It's going to be a great year :)
