So, today is my fifth day.. and I have lost 3.8lbs. I figured Id treat myself to a Dr. Pepper this morning and learned that its really not that satisfying anymore. I cant say I ate the way I should have today, however, I didnt cheat and not put what I did eat on this calendar, because if i do that.. Im only cheating myself in the long run. I am going to have to work out an extra 20 minutes or so tonite to work off the pizza I had that was tempting on the kitchen counter. I need to learn how not to be tempted by foods that are in the house that other ppl can eat, and I cant. Ill be back on track tomorrow~thanks to the guilt I have today. Atleast I havent given up on my water challenge. If anyone else reads this, I tell you.. its really not worth it to mess up a whole day... just for five minutes of endulgance...

im a sucker for pizza! i keep healthy microwave ones in the freezer in case i have a weak moment! lol! maybe try that, or next time cut the slice in half and have a huge glass of water before you eat it. i know its rough, but you'll learn what works for you. good luck, and good job on the loss!

i make my own heathy pizzas using pita bread for a base and a small sprinkle of low fat cheese and also sprinkle the top with fresh herbs yum and go easy on the rest of the toping! and also.. i dont keep anything i cant eat in the house anymore!!!!! its the only way im not caving to temptation! i figure the others dont need fattening stuff either!!

you have the biggest challenge ever, living with people who don't diet and can eat anything anytime. I really admire you! I wish you good luck, and my only tip to avoid temptation is getting healthy snacks,(fruits and nuts mix, or fruits) and avoid the kitchen!!!
