Well, I'm back on the wagon, in terms of exercise. I've been doing push-ups, just to do something.

I also have been eating smaller portions. Mostly prepackaged, which sucks, but smaller portions.
76.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
