We have a good supply of beetroot on board which is a great filler for a tiny few calories. New Indian cooks just joined the ship so plenty of fabulous spicy tasty veggie options. Despite being a bit of a lazy 10 days where I was close (but under) maintain I am now back to targeting 1200 cals a day and eating half my exercise calories and "oh Gosh" who would have guessed but I am steadily heading to the first goal of under 100Kg. Interesting read back of last 4 weeks.
