My weight is already down 2 pounds today. I am going back down on my carb intake to get thinks under control and then I will be able to take things one step or rung at a time on the ladder once the weight is back down. This site is very helpful. I love the way it counts net carbs for me and I can see at a glace if I am getting enough from the veggies. Really cool..
