Rather a lovely day today for two reasons.

2nd most important reason is :-

After a few days lazy spell of being well under maintain allowance, but not the strict 1200 a day required to drop a kilo a week, I am back in the groove.
Up for a 25 minute 4mph uphill treadmill walk then 10 mins on the heli deck, Nice little 300 cals used, had the heart rate up to 145 for 20 mins and some sunshine and fresh air.

Most important reason is that my daughter Pearl gave birth to her 2nd which is a daughter to be Indigo's sister, both healthy and well.
That is third grandchild (all girls) in the space of two years.
