Well that was more like it, up and out of my scratcher by 1010 and on the treadmill for 30 minutes (4 MPH at 6% incline then a 10 minute fast walk in the sun on the helideck. That's about 300 plus cals but I will only eat about 50% of them. Two and bit weeks of the trip done so far and I am pleased with my progrees so far. Bit of a twat really when you know for a fact that if you log everything and stay within calorie you will lose weight or maintain. If you just go with guesswork the blubber comes back
