Not much walking at all this week but been fairly str5ict on calories.
To keep the downward momentum going I have to drag my fat arse out of bed and hit that treadmill every day for 30 mins at least
102.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
