Still bleeding. But on the bright side, I've lost 3 pounds, which I'm convinced is blood. No, seriously. I'm really tired even though I've now started taking 2 iron pills a day. I'm supposed to take 3 iron pills, but it seems to be wayyy too much. But I do get tired, especially mid-day.

I can't do my pelvic ultrasound on Tuesday because the bleeding hasn't stopped, but I will see an obgyn on Friday. More meds, more tests? I try not to worry, but I do.

The best thing about being scared is that you start to be better to yourself. I have been eating more vegetables and fruits since I started my "diet," which isn't really a diet. I don't like to starve myself. I snack a lot. I just don't drink sodas and Starbucks, and I don't eat rice because it fattens me up like nobody's business.

My goal this week is to eat lots of bittermelon. It's good for regulating menstruation and also lowering blood glucose. Wow. It tastes awful, but I'll do it if it will help me.

All the estrogen I'm taking, by the way, is driving me up the wall. I cried so many times on Friday and yesterday, it's ridiculous. Maybe it's just me LOL
