5th Nov, let myself get carried away bit yesterday but today's saviour was green pea soup. lots of bang for my buck there, in terms of filling tasty and not many calories. Felling bit peckish in the mid afternoon but resisting the grazing. Usual sort of banter with the crew but that all comes from the guys who are up and down the stairs and out on deck all day in the heat.
Loading 7 kilos on the year is a piss poor performance and I have to stop the rot.
Managed to ignore the alarm yesterday but did improve by a thousand the step count but it was still shit at 5800. Ignored again this morning so have been walking more on the bridge to catch it up and improve on yesterday but it's not proper exercise so I am not logging it.
