I am really amazed that I am doing so well, but I know it will slow down and I can not expect such great results every time I weight in.
103.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 38.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have been counting calories and drinking almost 2gls of water a day. I am also taking vitamins and working out most days.
