I know that I need to get healthy and lose the weight, but I feel like I need more support. My husband does not care one way or the other about my weight loss.

It really makes it hard when you don't get any support from your husband, but you'll have to try to remember how much better YOU will feel when you see the weight coming off. Sometimes, I think it's their own insecurity that keeps them from being more supportive. Good luck!

Hang in there! I see that you and I are pretty close in weight/goals and I too have this same problem. My guy always acts like he wants to be supportive....but he is always bringing junk/fast food in the house. I've had to work hard at just ignoring it and thinking of all the reasons I need to do this for me :) You can do it! Plus, you've got all of us! I have been using this sight off and on over the past few years and everyone is great :) Best of luck!

Yes, it would be nice to have the support of others. But the truth is no one can do this for you but you. You have to really want it and not listen or allow any one or anything to deter you from you goals. Plenty of support on here. Visualize it in your mind and set small goals to get there. You can do it.

I will support you!!! And, I see you everyday, so you know I will keep ya in line. I know my hubs says he loves me no matter how I look. But, I just keep in mind that he is saying that BECAUSE he loves me! You can do this. And, I bet five dollars that once your husband sees how you look and the progress you are making, he will step up and be more supportive.
