Don't give up! I have had a couple of slips in eating after a few strict days and I think I will step on the scale to gain but I step on to loss. Sometimes if we exert too much and eat too little we can stop losing cause our bodys panic and hoard weight. Or maybe you are at a plateau for a bit. Don't give up! You can do this.
