Boy, did I go over yesterday! NINE points but I pretty much had to. I don't know what happened but suspect my blood sugar dropped or something. I came home and ate my usual dinner and then did yoga. A bit later I decided to do some aerobics. It was about 3 hours after I ate but when I had done about 10 minutes worth, I started feeling like garbage - I mean really sick, faint, etc. I tried eating fruit but didn't feel much better so I resorted to bread which seemed to work much better. I don't know what it could be as I am not diabetic or anything. I will try to remember not to do things in the same way again!
