So, I've done this before, but on different plans. This time I'm on Medifast. I actually started one week ago and have done well, losing almost 10 pounds the first week. Yay me! What I like about this program us there's no counting, little measuring, and you hardly have to think about what you're going to eat. The foods is good and eating 6 times a day, I'm rarely hungry before the next time to eat. I wiped all my past out on here because this is the program that's going to work!

I kind of went off the grid for awhile and it really shows! I gained 40 pounds since the last time I was on here which really sucks. This time I'm doing the Medifast plan, well actually TSFL (Medifast with a health coach). I've been on it one week and lost almost 10 pounds. What I really like about the plan is there's no counting, no measuring per say, and the results seem amazing. I've got big plans for my birthday in August so not gonna give up this time!

Boy, did I go over yesterday! NINE points but I pretty much had to. I don't know what happened but suspect my blood sugar dropped or something. I came home and ate my usual dinner and then did yoga. A bit later I decided to do some aerobics. It was about 3 hours after I ate but when I had done about 10 minutes worth, I started feeling like garbage - I mean really sick, faint, etc. I tried eating fruit but didn't feel much better so I resorted to bread which seemed to work much better. I don't know what it could be as I am not diabetic or anything. I will try to remember not to do things in the same way again!

Had a kind of rough day yesterday. Didn't feel good AT ALL so I didn't eat until late in the afternoon then didn't make the best choices.
Fortunately I didn't screw up too bad but didn't dare get on the scales either! I am finding it much easier to split my total points into six small meals (even though I record some of them as snacks). That way I am not getting hungry and feeling deprived. Don't know what I will do when I have to start dropping the points below 20 though =/
