So here I go again- I called medi-weight loss and they wanted me to start as a new member. I think I am going to try this on my own. I can do it. I need to do it. When I put my mind to eating right the weight falls off -this time of year seems to be easier for me to get focused. I am going to lose it and keep it off this time. I will get to 150.yI need to figure out why i go out of control- I was great until my mom came to visit at Thanksgiving and stayed 6 weeks. did i get back on the band wagon after she left no.

I love to cook- so i have to learn to cook and eat with limits
