July has been, and will be a hard month for me to follow and track my eating. I will work a total of 8 days this month, and even though I work night shift, it is much easier for me to eat right and exercise when I work and follow a structered pattern. Between my birthday, my husbamds birthday, and family gatherings, it is really hard. My heaviest weight was 340 pounds and so I have made my July goal to keep my weight under 290. So far I have done this.
