Its amazing what happens when you actaully follow a diet plan correctly.

Breakfast today 8 points - high but hopefully i can have some good salads for lunch and dinner.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
