Changing my weigh-ins from daily to weekly. I have been getting defeated seeing the weight creep up .1 by .1 certain days despite being within calories and moving more. Weekly should be a bit more encouraging.

Don't sweat the fluctuations. I know it's easier said then done. I've been there, I know the feeling of being in a caloric deficit, doing 45+ min of cardio then jumping on the scale the next day to weigh more then you did before. It sucks. But it's just how it is. Just remember that as long as you're sticking to your program and doing everything that you're suppose to be doing , that you ARE losing weight even if the scale says otherwise. Good luck.

I did the same thing for the same reason. Tomorrow (my weigh day) I'll be able to tell you if our plan worked.

I try to weigh twice a week. I too get frustrated and obsessed with scale if I do it every day. My nutritionist would like it if I only did it every 2 weeks but can't go that long...

What Rick said. So true. It's a bit of a rollercoaster rider from one day to the next. But I got accustomed to it. Not always happy about it...

I’m in the same boat. I was weighing in every day and now probably twice a week but I’m still getting frustrated with the fluctuations. It’s hard.

@Redgmm let me know if it works! Now I’ll probably get anxious each week in anticipation, but I’d rather that than defeated each day.
