First day starting up again! Haven’t done anything for my weight since November of 2021. Thanking God for the motivation to get up early and stationary cycle before work.

Well, it has been a few months since I’ve paid any attention whatsoever to my weight. I have been maintaining relatively well, but recently have become dissatisfied with my body again. I got compliments from family members on my weight last week and felt crushing guilt that I gave up before the holidays and thought about where I’d be now if I hadn’t. LIFE GOES ON and overall life has been busy but good, I can’t forget that the best day to make a change is… tomorrow LOL because who starts a life change on a weekend?
