Alright, breakfast is 7 points, my normal "work breakfast" is 3. So looks like i need to get to the store.
Lunch 6 points. total 13 points today so far.
Dinner some where about 10 i think. I had fast food chicken teriyaki but only ate a very small portion of the rice but all the veggies. So total for today about 23 maybe 25 points, still a vast improvement over my 37 i had been eating most days.
