I have been living a healthy lifestyle for many years and am happy to have found a community to support that. I spent most of my youth, not overweight, but a "little chunky." I finally found the miracle that is portion control in my 20s and never looked back. I follow an 80/20 approach and allow myself a splurge here and there, but still always limit portions go be reasonable. I feel staying healthy with my diet allows me to feel I control a little piece of this crazy life we all live and at least I know I directly determine what does into my mouth. I have slowly crept up a few pounds over the past few months and also set a new, slightly lower, goal weight. in hoping getting back to being strict again gets me there.
