With my parents visiting, I'm struggling to keep my calories under my allotment but am trying to stay close, at least.

So I'm looking into intermittent fasting. Maybe the 18:6 for five days a week. Has anyone tried it or have feedback or advice? I think the only thing I may struggle with is no breakfast because I'd probably do the six eating hours from 12-6 pm.

Hi all! I am new here after finding this app and am super excited to be a part of the community. I've been in maintenance mode for years but have slowly creeped up a few pounds and want to catch them before it gets out of hand. Just the practice of tracking my calories makes such a difference!
