Trying very hard to stay motivated - unfortunately in the trial and error phase of finding what is filling and what I like that is actually feasible to eat when losing weight. The curse of a picky person!
Became overwhelmed with choosing recipes getting defeated at all I “cant eat” or by the laughability of some portion sizes- but it's called a learning curve for a reason- just have to find what works.
