Have done really well the last 3 days, BECAUSE I’m at work. I work night shift 12 hours and can pretty much stick to my structured eating plan. BUT my days off are harder. My husband does keep me busy pretty much throughout the day, but come evening and night the eating binge begins. The last 3 days I was off, I managed to gain 4+ pounds, and they don’t come off as easy as they came on. Praying that sticking with a challenge will help, since I’m off the next 2 nights.

Great job the past couple of days! Good thing you know that the next few days will be challenging. PLAN for that by buying something that will make a healthy snack, and portion them out into one-serving portions. Sometimes, I will put a portion in a snack-size Ziploc bag - and be sure to only have ONE portion. Never sit down with a bag or a box of anything. I'm praying with you that you will stick with the challenge and that you'll have victory over the nighttime snacking!

Weekends were a problem for me, but the app helped me recognize it and realize it had to be dealt with. You’ve recognized it and know what to expect. A little thought and that problem will have been solved.
