Day 3 and I'm feeling very tired all the time- not sure that's normal when starting to track calories. Going to try more filling snacks like nuts, hummus, etc rather than just fruit and hope that helps! I've never been obese my entire life until the rapid weight gain after college due to a new desk job and a long bout of depression. Hopefully I can lose the 45 pounds.
