Pulling from my stores yesterday. It was a long day of meetings that prevented me from getting a good lunch and then I put in a four mile run on the path and did not feel the strength I normally do during these runs. I think the tank ran dry since I only ate a PowerBar for lunch. Better fueling today will be key.
