Always heavy as a kid, slimmed down though diet in High School. Discovered exercise while in college but really ballooned when my kids were you. Re-discovered exercise after my youngest was born. Brokethrough when I moved to Colorado and started running. I have maintained through running and used it very effectively with diet to slim down when I start to re-gain. I love to use an event like a 10K as a motivator to ramp back up my running level.
