I was surprised, actually disappointed to see I had gained weight. I am relooking at what I am eating, maybe I have added to many carbs back into my diet. The only thing that really changed on that end though is I had started eating the flatbread, but not every day, and the Atkins choc. decandant cake recipe for a snack at work, also not every day. So I'll see what I can figure out. It could be too that I have lacked in exercising as much. I am thankful for the challenge, because this is making me or motivating me to "Just do it".
104.2 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 43.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Gina...I wouldn't worry too much about the "gain," as it's well within normal daily variation. You're about where you were 5 days ago and you're still down over 3 pounds in the last 10 days, which is great! Changing from Induction to OWL takes some getting used to - not sure how long you were in Induction before coming to this site. It's good you're reviewing your foods to see if/how they're fitting into the rules for OWL. Be careful using any recipes, even off the Atkins site. I've found more-than-minor errors in carb and calorie calculations in recipes from various sites. If you substitute anything, even brands of an ingredient, it can throw off the calculations. Also, their serving size may not be your serving size. Anyway, with all that exercise you're doing, I'm sure you'll be on your way again shortly.
