Down one pound. Thank goodness. I'm starting to get frustrated with my body not changing - seems to have come to a halt, but I have certain places that still need work! So to at least see my weight go down gives me hope and determination to keep at it. Have been doing level 1 of the 30 Day Shred since my challenge started, only missed one day. Thinking of trying level 2 (but scared). Maybe that's what my body needs -- a little variety to help get rid of some fat. Also thinking about using the treadmill a few times a week to burn fat. Will keep my progress posted...

You should definitely try the treadmill. Maybe even 20mins a day? I think that you will notice a drastic difference. I cannot believe that you are under 140!! That is so amazing. I cannot wait to see you with your super duper weight loss. You are getting my jeans, but I think that they will be too big for you now!
