Down 2 lbs -- soooo happy!!! I've been pretty good following points this week, but I mostly credit the 30 Day Shred challenge I started on Sunday. I still curse every second of the workout during the middle, but it is getting easier and I find I'm stronger each time by the last cardio set. And I feel great once I've done it, physically and mentally! I'm proud of myself for taking all of this so seriously and for how committed I have been and I'm so grateful to have my 2 best friends to turn to for support and good laughs about all of it! But must stay focused. I'm getting closer to where I want to be and I plan to get there and stay there!
