We have horrible weather in Omaha today. Another winter storm. It wouldn't be so bad if we hadn't had glorious weather just a few days prior to it's arrival. I wish things would just stay miserably cold in the winter, at least my body is ready to cope with the storms that way. I've been very lonely post-break up lately. I am throwing myself into fitness as a way to keep myself occupied. It's better than the alternative avenues of booze or boys. I've recently upped the amount of yoga I do per week. I'm hoping it will help with mind, body and spirit. I really need to find a way to burn more fat off. I guess more cardio? I know I have good muscle tone, I have been working very hard at that for over 6 months now! But the fat just isn't burning off as fast as the muscles form. I feel like any step out of line in my diet results in a instantaneous gain in fat! At least I can tell anyways. It really doesn't help when you don't have a man in your life complimenting your figure. Ugh, today is a sad day, hopefully tomorrow will be more uplifting.
