Hi! My name is Mel. I am a college graduate working an "inbetween" job until I can muster the guster to get into medical school. I work at a Hospital where suprisingly, being healthy is not as easy as it seems! I am having a hard time dealing with the weight I accumulated in college, and during a 6 month unemployment stint. I had always been rail thin without as much as lifting a finger to maintain my figure. I want to make LIFE changes, not just lose this amount of weight by this time. Eating healthy and exercising regularly is something that I want to establish for the rest of my life.
My goal is to reach 118lbs and maintain that weight. If I discover that is unreasonable I will gladly alter my goal weight to something more realistic, but currently I am shooting for the stars!
