I love shiso and put it on everything. Haha Cilantro (pakuchi) is another favorite. I use it as a substitute for dressing quite often.

It’s really difficult to get shiso in the UK so I just use cilantro, basil and mint, but the taste become ethnic rather than Japanese😅
